This year’s theme is all about sustainable tourism. BBTF is committed to play a leading role in promoting and facilitating tourism that is not only taking the ecological aspects into consideration but allows travelers to experience the travel destinations more deeply and with a higher sense of connection with the people, the nature and the culture.

Bali is predestined for this type of responsible traveling due to its incredibly rich and unique culture and the many already established businesses that are committed to the environment and protection of Bali’s cultural and natural heritage. This idea and BBTF’s commitment however goes far beyond the shorelines of Bali. The tourism in Indonesia is growing strongly with more incredibly beautiful and unique travel destinations being developed and introduced to the global market. BBTF will ensure that all stakeholders representing Indonesian Tourism can meet, discuss and cooperate inline with the principles of sustainability.
