There is a popular beach on Lombok’s south coast, with huge lengths of sand and brilliant blue waters that are great for swimming, sunbathing, surfing, and beach volley. The beach is made up of white powdery sand, and the water isn’t particularly clear, but that doesn’t bother the visitors.

There are numerous little cafes, souvenir stands, surfboard rentals, and vendors selling ice cream, grilled corn, and coconuts. Many boats were moored on the beach, and villagers were busy preparing fresh fish.
