Bias Tugel also known as White Sand Beach near Candidasa and Padangbai. The approach to the beach goes through private property and local neighbourhood. Locals charge a toll of IDR10,000 per person.

There are a few restaurants/bars at the beach which are not over-priced, and they provide lounges and umbrellas. There are a few people selling trinkets and offering massages but not as hard as in Kuta.

The water is crystal clear with a small surf, and while the sand is not entirely white, it is certainly clean, and well looked after. There are several fishing boats at the start of the beach, which we can hire to go out visiting nearby snorkelling and dive spots.
